Types of individual appointments

The Hixon Writing Center currently offers two modes for receiving feedback on and support of your writing. Writers can make appointments by accessing our online schedule.

1. In-person meetings (called "face-to-face" in our schedule) take place in the Hixon Writing Center in the Center for Student Services Building. These meetings involve an in-person conversation about your writing with one of our staff members and can be booked on our main schedule.
2. Remote meetings (called "online" in our schedule) take place in Zoom. These meetings involve an online conversation about your writing with one of our staff members and can be booked on our main schedule.
